The operator aims to keep this site readable, keyboard-usable, and understandable on standard desktop and mobile browsers. The site uses plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, keeps critical content in text, and avoids auto-playing media or unnecessary motion.

Charts are visual summaries and may be harder to interpret than text. The site therefore pairs charts with textual explanations, labels, and downloadable documents where appropriate. If you later add more advanced interactive features, review accessibility again before launch.
